Nicole was always available and helpful by phone, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was spacious with a shower door that sometimes came off its track, WiFi worked perfectly, an elevator was there, and the keyless entry system was practical while the location allowed walking to all major tourist spots in Madrid within minutes.
