Round-the-clock receptionFriendly staff, especially Carlos at reception who was great and helpful, made the stay pleasant. The room was spacious but warm due to centralised air conditioning that could not be turned off, windows had to be opened by asking reception. Breakfast was included without extra charge for children. The hotel was close to the metro station and airport, with safe access only for guests.
