The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with spices, cooking oil, multiple types of coffee/tea pots, cookware, dishware, drawers for clothes, and hangers. The location was central in Las Letras near many bars and restaurants with easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor and Prado as well as metro stops at Sol and Sevilla. The small patio area was a nice extra to sit outside. Alfonso was the polite host who met us and helped during our stay.
