The last-minute request for ID just two days before was frustrating since we had limited internet and couldn’t fill out the forms, plus the staff didn’t help much. We were told we could drop off luggage at 1pm, but it actually had to be exactly at 1pm, which wasn’t clear and left us stuck with our bags in the rain for two hours.
