Spacious apartment had a large living room with L-shaped sofa, equipped kitchen, washing machine with detergents, air conditioning, and a small balcony overlooking side streets and Plaza de España. Rosa met to give keys and allowed late check-out, communication was professional and kind. Location was just off Gran Via near two metro stations including Plaza de España, close to Callao square, shops, restaurants especially Asian cuisine nearby. The bed was comfortable with good linens and towels, the building had an elevator.
