The apartment had a working washing machine and air conditioning that worked perfectly in the living room and bedroom, with private free parking available. The location was perfect near Renfe train station, metro within 10 minutes, Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets close by on foot. The front door downstairs did not work properly so keys were needed instead of codes for entry.
