Fantastic host was always available on WhatsApp and phone, speaking Italian and English to help promptly. The apartment had linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, hair dryer, a kitchen corner with microwave and furniture, plus a small laundry with washing machine and detergent in the welcome kit. Location was perfect near Santiago Bernabeu stadium with several metro stations close by including Nuevos Ministerios linking to airport and city center, shops, cafes, restaurants were nearby. Entry used self check-in code with friendly porter at the building entrance.
