Very clean, spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms had fans in each room and floor heating that was already on upon arrival, the kitchen was well equipped with a cooking plate, refrigerator, and washing machine while the building was new, safe with CCTV cameras at the entrance, elevator, and parking, metro was a 10-15 minute walk away with many restaurants and shops nearby.
