The hotel featured a beautiful lobby and clean, cosy rooms with a sleek modern feel. The location offered direct access to the metro station just outside, facilitating easy travel to main sights like Atocha and Plaza Mayor. Staff were friendly, helpful, and provided early check-in when requested. Breakfast was good with some variety but could benefit from more options. Lockers were available for storing bags before check-in or after checkout.
